Really enjoy this beautiful tea, simple to have on its on and it also works in conjunction with other teas to add a delicious flavour, nutrients and gentle buzz as is always lovely with Guayusa. My favorite combonation so far is, Earl Grey, Mate and Guayusa.

Im not much of a caffeine drinker, as I found other teas and coffee to be too strong on my nervous system. Guayusa provides such a gentle, yet stable energy that helps me stay focused and awake during long work days.

I adore Upina, Guayusa tea. It mixes well with other herbs and also stands out on its owN with its earthy undertones and gentle sweetness. I love that it is both stimulating and connected to the dream realms, offering a unique alertness that alsO supports the liminal realms. Great throughout the day and gentle on my digestion which can often be compromised by caffeine intake because it has minimal tannins. Highly recommend.

So much better than yerba mate!! Epic organic fair trade source for the good stuff. I love blending it with tahini, coconut oil/MCT, and a little honey as a bulletproof coffee alternative. Upina is amazing
